This product is originally from New Zealand, by Lumina, and each piece is 3kg and above. Lamb Leg is the cut of lamb that has a large, lean, and tender cut and can be used whole or subdivided into smaller cuts. The meat itself is finely marbled and enriched with high levels of naturally occurring Omega-3 polyunsaturated fats. It’s characterised by a mild aroma, light pink to pale red colour, and a tantalising, lighter-bodied texture.
